Thierry Bonfante was born in Tarn et Garonne in 1970. From his home-region “la Gascogne”, county where “eating well is living well”, he has kept the mouth-watering scents and images with a generous and flavoursome cooking.

Taught by the most renowned Chefs, he traveled around France to enrich his knowledge and discover all the specialities and gastronomic treasures that this country offers.

In 2007, with his wife Audrey who had also worked in prestigious places, they opened “Le Temps de Vivre”.

You will be able to enjoy the delightful flavours which the Chef offers, from Foie Gras to Pigeon without forgetting the home-matured goat’s cheese… You might also be surprised by his apricot clafoutis served with crystallised lavender.

Thierry, like a real conductor, knows how to harmonize seasonal products and sublimate flavours for a refined and authentic cuisine.
